Imagine an island entirely covered with palm trees surrounded by crystal blue waters, that’s Siargao. Situated south in the Philippines, the island itself is pretty small, only taking 8 hours to drive around the whole of it. There are plenty of places to visit and explore and this island is definitely one of my favourites. In my travels, I have been drawn to surf towns – they always attract great people, healthy cafes and fun places to hang out and explore. Siargao is the surf spot in the Philippines, offering the best places to surf including these spots:
Cloud 9, Jacking Horse, Stimpys, Pacifico, Rock Island, Guyan (secret beach).
Even if surfing isn’t your thing, Siargao has so many other amazing things to do and other places to explore. Below if my itinerary and what I got up to in the 8 days I spent there.
